He was very responsive to text/emails during this sensitive time and guided me through. I didn't think I would be able to settle my custody case as soon as I did but Mark made that happen for me and also made sure I got everything I asked for. I didn't feel like just another case. He fought for my daughter and I and I truly felt he had our best interest at heart. He thought of things to bring up or fit in to my custody arrangement that were beneficial to me that I didn't even think of. I would hire Mark again down the road if I ever needed a lawyer. Mr. Means took my phone call and met with me that day. He spent a substantial amount of time explaining the pros and cons of certain legal actions to address my legal issues. At the end of the day he made a few phone calls resolved the issue and never billed me. I owe him and will hire him in the ...future.
