The man who saved my son!

I started a custody battle with a very bitter ex and his wife. When I first started this battle I was being represented by another attorney who failed to do his job. My son was taken from me the first court appearance. I then came to Avvo and found Mr Means, the man that saved my child from an abusic...e situation. Not only did Mr Means get my child back for me but I now have full custody of my child, FULL! My case was not an easy simple one, there was a lot of work that needed to be done. A lot that needed to be fixed and not one time did Mr Means break under pressure or lead me astray. Even when I thought all hope was lost Mark brought me right back to being hopeful. This man was more than just an attorney for me, he was someone who believed in me and my case. He didn’t stop doing what was right by my son and I. I rate him five stars because I love my son more than all that stars in the sky, and if it was not for Mr. Means I would not have him right now! This man is a complete professional and knows what he’s doing.

Solicitor General; There is no other choice.

Mark was a phenomenal advocate for us in a family law that dealt with the custody of three emotionally fragile children. His ability to articulate, influence, and call to attention key points in a debacle riddled with contention were paramount to successfully modifying a long standing order. I have e...xperienced other legal professionals who are abrasive and wrapped in egos that suck the atmosphere from the room. Mr. Means is a departure from this stereotype. He embraces his clients with empathy and clear strategy; demonstrating a demeanor that doesn't compromise his courtroom presence. IF you feel concern for the well being of your children or have any cause to find yourself in a family court "drama" then Mark is absolutely the attorney you want in your corner. Relegate your legal woes and let Mr. Means deal with the rebarbative back and forth that is inherit to family court battles.

adoption

I was a foster parent taking care of my grandson, I did everything that was asked of me. Didn't matter I felt that the system was going to fail me so I hired Mark to protect me and represent me in court, at first it seemed to make things worse but in the end Mark was able to help me keep my grandson ... and adopt him. Mark was a man of his word I am so thankful for his help, I wouldn't have gotten to keep my grandson without his help.

Great attorney great person

Hired mark to handle my extremely sensitive family law issue. He handled it with professionalism and was very patient as he explained the proceedings and legal options again and again. I would hire him again in a heart beat. Best attorney in Idaho.
