NOTE from Ruvim V. Kuznetsov:  The basis of an Avvo rating on the attorney's profile is not fully disclosed to the attorney and depends, at least in part, on the attorney's activity within the Avvo website. review of services
Ruvim was an excellent lawyer for our needs after our mother passed. He was understanding and thoughtful during a difficult time. He went above and beyond doing some research for us and in doing so was very prompt with response time and answered all of our many questions. I would definately recommend him and plan on using his services in the future!

Washington State Workmans Comp compliance.
Ruvim diligently gathers facts on the law associated to the problem, before making comments one way or the other. He seemed to adopt a personal commitment after he had reviewed Washington State corporate law and how it applied to me. He urged me to take action in another area "Dept. of Revenue" before we got very far into our problem which was "L&I" issues.. Strict legal analysis on their statutes was superb and resulted in complete melt down of their argument. Ruvim is brilliant!

Extremely helpful and timely.
Mr. Kuznetsov got me out of a refinancing jam. My wife died two years ago and I found out that even though she had a will and I was the beneficiary, her estate still needed to be probated in order to complete the title work on the house. I took everything to him, including my will, advance directives, etc. He took care of everything, including a new will for myself. I was able to refinance my house before any increase in interest rate, and he gave me a very organized estate package for easy access when I pass away. I was able to give copies of the documents, with a list of all those to contact to all of my children. I would highly recommend Mr. Kuznetsov and the firm that he works for hands down.

We hired Ruvim to advise our midsize construction company (LLC) on all matters from state employee/employer compliance to dealing with various client matters, including contract preparation consulting and dealing with disputing/non paying customers. Ruvim and the firm were quick, efficient and skillful in their advice and work. We are pleased with the service, and would highly recommend.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"Ruvim is probably one of the most knowledgeable and diligent attorneys in his field. In law school he was known as a prodigy. When most students would be starting their freshmen year in college, he had already earned a four-year degree and was starting law school as a teenager. He is an exceptional lawyer. I highly recommend Ruvim."

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community
"Ruvim is a very talented, intelligent, and thoughtful attorney. He genuinely cares about his clients. I would refer any client I had to him without hesitation. He works hard and produces results. I would go to him myself if I had any issue involving landlord-tenant disputes, business formation, estate planning, or probate and elder law."
