Excelent Attorney

Tom Clark represented me last year in a child custody case. He gave honest advise based on the facts of this specific case. He worked through all the legal issues and paper work which made the most stressful time in my life a little more bearable. He kept me well informed during every moment of th...e court proceedings. Tom Clark

We hired Tom to help us in our child custody modification case. He was caring, professional, and simply outstanding both during the long journey towards the trial and his confidence, experience, and abilities were an undeniable asset in the courtroom. Tom's staff Darla and Shila were undeniably AM...AZING! We knew with out a shadow of a doubt that these dedicated ladies were working tirelessly for us. My husband was awarded majority custody of his daughter and we could not be more thankful for the blessing. I could not recomend Tom Clark and his amazing team highly enough!

Chris' review of hiring Tom Clark

Paul Thomas Clark (or Tom Clark) came recommended to me by a Lewiston-native and friend of the Clark family. I hired Tom as an out-of-state resident involved in a auto accident where the other driver was legally intoxicated and I was on work time. I think I can best characterize my experience hirin...g the Clark law firm as Tom has a good reputation in the area and knows the settlement dance well enough that he can settle cases very satisfactorily for his clients. Tom spent significant time counseling me before I signed up as his client. Tom's advice during this time provided a roadmap. His advice increased the chances of a successful settlement and provided assurance that the case would settle successfully. Later, Tom and his staff were less hands on as they tackled the process. Tom's staff reminded me frequently enough that we provided sufficiently timely responses to Discovery. Tom knew opposing counsel which helped settle the case. Tom and his staff demonstrated that they were prepared to go to hearing which helped settle our case. Tom's timing of asking for punitive damages, then allowing a deposition and hiring an experienced mediator was a genius act and brought this case to a very successful conclusion. I feel VERY fortunate that I hired Tom and his firm.
