Curtis Reed Smith

Mr. Smith represented me on a felony DUI that I was charged with on the same day I had started enlistment into the Army Reserves. Luckily no one was hurt during the incident. I was already on misdemeanor probation for malicous injury to property( needless to say that I was in a rough part of my life....) Before Curtis was hired, the prosecutor was going to hang me out to dry. Upon his representation, The tune of the prosecution changed dramatically for the better. In short, I was sentenced to a specialty court with a dismissal of the felony upon completion of treatment, as well as my 2 yrs probation from misdemeanor ran concurrent with felony supervision. Curtis is absolutely the best attorney I’ve been in contact with. He took time to review my case, me as a person, and look into conflicts in testimony and other evidence which took an open and shut DUI to dismissal.
