Curtis Reed Smith

Mr. Smith represented me on a felony DUI that I was charged with on the same day I had started enlistment into the Army Reserves. Luckily no one was hurt during the incident. I was already on misdemeanor probation for malicous injury to property( needless to say that I was in a rough part of my life....) Before Curtis was hired, the prosecutor was going to hang me out to dry. Upon his representation, The tune of the prosecution changed dramatically for the better. In short, I was sentenced to a specialty court with a dismissal of the felony upon completion of treatment, as well as my 2 yrs probation from misdemeanor ran concurrent with felony supervision. Curtis & his intrepid team (Attorney at Law Mr. Lords, Paralegal Blake, receptionist Mimi) did everything they said they would do & more. I was treated like family. I felt unjudged from consultation to the end. They even worked with me when it came to paying for services rendered. I honestly can say that Curtis Smith & his team are out to protect the rights of the people & do their best to represent their clients either rich or poor. I'm at a loss of words when it comes to expressing my deepest gratitude to Curtis & his Firm. I still have a chance at enlistment to the U.S. military, or any other service careers, & the pursuit of happiness felony free.
