My mom has early/mid stage dementia and I wanted to get Durable Power of Attorney documents in place since my dad is ill and could pass at any time. Tassma and a paralegal (Shirley) met with us and very efficiently got these documents lined up and signed. They also suggested we do a Living Will and H...

I would highly recommend Tassma Powers especially for any LLC, Corporation and definitely for setting up trusts. She explains things well and has wonderful staff that has helped me when she is not available.

My father's health was failing quickly, and he did not have his legal paperwork in order. He was extremely worried about my mom, as his will was completed. Tassma Powers unselfishly visited the hospital very late one night to complete legal paperwork which eased his mind before his passing. In add...

Tassma is extremely knowledgable and is a pleasure to work with! I first retained Ms. Powers to assist with forming a complicated trust and then she assisted with a complicated contractual issue with a large local employer, and several real estate matters. She is extremely thorough, fair, honest, and brilliant with language. She distills complicated matters dow...
"I endorse Tassma wholeheartedly. She is a brilliant attorney and a top notch person. She always has her clients best interests in mind and she is one of the best asset protection minds I have had the good fortune to meet!"
"I heartily endorse and recommend attorney Powers. With over 15 years of solid experience behind her, her honors graduation from Cannon Trust School, certification as a trust-financial adviser, and membership in Wealth Counsel, along with her Avvo.com published answers and two very nicely done Legal Guides published, one thing should be crystal clear - she knows the law and how to make sure that your assets are taken care of for maximum benefit to you and your heirs. When I started out in law I learned very quickly that the complexity and difficulties in Estate Planning took a special knack to learn and master. She has it. That's why I say that if you have an Estate Planning or Estate Law question, she is your answer. Period."
"Tassma Powers is an excellent resource for attorneys and clients alike. I have had the opportunity to participate in numerous seminars where Tassma was the featured speaker. While presenting on complex areas of the law, Tassma had the ability to relay the information in a meaningful way that was also understandable to those who were not knowledgeable in that particular area of the law. It is evident that Tassma is well versed in the areas of gift & estate tax, values-based planning, wills, trusts, planning for affluent families, business entities and succession planning, reals estate, family limited partnership planning and limited liability company planning. Additionally, it is unmistakable that her practice focuses around the needs of her clients. Tassma’s first priority is to advance the goals of her clients in a way that best fits their family dynamics. Tassma’s clients are always well served because of her extensive knowledge concerning the law and her passion for her practice."
"I endorse this lawyer. As an example of Tassma Powers' excellent legal skills, Tassma and I were involved in a contentious case involving a dispute over the interpretation of contract terms and responsibilities, Tassma maintained the utmost level of professionalism while providing strong advocacy and protection for her client. Her high level of professionalism and her exceptional understanding of this area of the law served her client well."
"Tassma is an incredible estate planning attorney. I continue to be amazed by her knowledge and creativity!"
