I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the representation provided by Monique Ojeda in a recent legal matter. It became clear that my best interests were not adequately addressed, and actions were taken without my authorization, resulting in an unfair advantage for the opposing party. ... Specifically, there were issues related to the handling of vital documentation and a lack of communication regarding important decisions. Despite multiple attempts to contact Ms. Ojeda via email and phone, there was a lack of responsiveness and a failure to address my concerns. Additionally, there was a significant lack of communication regarding the course of action to be taken, leading to confusion and undue stress on my part. Moreover, I did not receive a detailed summary of the charges at any time until the last day of services, leading to a lack of clarity regarding the use of the funds I had provided. Due to these issues, services were terminated with Ms. Ojeda as my legal counsel. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was presented with a bill exceeding the agreed amount, which was paid before any services. I cannot with good conscience recommend this law firm to anyone. --
