Monique and her paralegal Heather spe...cifically were a beacon of hope for me at a time where my options appeared limited and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed like a dream. She was calm, collected, empathetic and she offered emotional succor to me that i will never forget. Though it may seem trivial, her sense of humor was all i needed to bring lightbof a difficult situation. The so many times i wanted to throw in the towel, she became a pillar of strength and assurance that no matter how long it will take or the outcome she would be there till the end and she was. She steered me in the right direction and helped me determine what was in the best interest for me and my children and she was right. She will have your back even when you are low and down. At one point she paid for my hotel room for the night when i was low and never asked to be paid back. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the representation provided by Monique Ojeda in a recent legal matter. It became clear that my best interests were not adequately addressed, and actions were taken without my authorization, resulting in an unfair advantage for the opposing party. ... Specifically, there were issues related to the handling of vital documentation and a lack of communication regarding important decisions. Despite multiple attempts to contact Ms. Ojeda via email and phone, there was a lack of responsiveness and a failure to address my concerns. Additionally, there was a significant lack of communication regarding the course of action to be taken, leading to confusion and undue stress on my part. Moreover, I did not receive a detailed summary of the charges at any time until the last day of services, leading to a lack of clarity regarding the use of the funds I had provided. Due to these issues, services were terminated with Ms. Ojeda as my legal counsel. Instead of addressing my concerns, I was presented with a bill exceeding the agreed amount, which was paid before any services. I cannot with good conscience recommend this law firm to anyone. --

Ms Ojeda and her team were great!! Not only was she well prepared and organized, very professional, she was also understanding and supportive in my custody case. She took they time to answer any questions and concerns as well as explaining any aspects that I did not fully understand. I will hire her ...again without hesitation!
