Melissa Decker is exceptional! Her level of professionalism and attention to detail are very hard to find these days. She kept in fantastic communication with me throughout the entire process. Her personal investment with all of this made it so much easier for me, she truly cares. My case had to do with unemployment claiming i was over paid last year which Melissa proved to be untrue with all of her research in to my employers at the time and the mistakes on their end with all of the numbers submitted incorrectly, etc. I was working very part time and collecting unemployment at the same time, it was so complicated but Melissa got to the bottom of it for me. She made the phone calls necessary when i did not know where to begin. She is beyond helpful and effective. Melissa saved me thousands of dollars when the decision came back from the State of Colorado it was their mistake not mine. I highly recommend Law for Locals and will absolutely request Melissa for any future legal needs and again, strongly recommend her to anyone.

I contacted Melissa following the death of my wife, to review and update my legal affairs. We redid my Will, Power of Attorney and added a Beneficiary deed to reflect my new status. She was great! No legal mumbo- jumbo. Straight forward, with a great sense of humor. Things were done in a timely manner and very reasonable.Go see her if you need legal help.
