Dan Barron has worked for years to keep my special needs son from lawfully attending school. My son is almost 9. Dan Barron has worked to also keep my special needs son from getting speech therapy. He’s been using the court system to do this to my son for almost 9 years now. There’s no concern for th...e child. Dan only works to make coparenting chaotic so he can keep collecting money. Dan Barron will take your money and then YEARS later claim you never paid it and demand money and threaten to put a lien on your house. Make sure you document any money you give him because he will say you never paid it and threaten you with unethical harassment. He threatened me with a lien over 200 bucks ! For almost 9 years I’ve been the target of his hate. Someone that works this hard to violate a special needs child and their right to get an education should not have a law license. What word comes to mind when you see someone in a position of authority abuse a child’s rights?

He is the WORST ATTORNEY EVER. We met and he seemed like a nice guy. Said I had a good case, there was very similar case law to support me and he took my check. I heard little from him after, didn't return calls or emails. The one time we talked, he said "you are on the right track". Then at arbi...tration, he said I had a weak case, he would need more money to proceed and I should take the crappy offer. The arbitrator seemed to be explaining the law and case law to him. I went through a very contentious divorce and used several attorneys in my fight for parental rights. I would call him highly incompetent and would never use him again. And would not recommend him.

Dan is such a smart guy! We had a crappy lawyer and in the process of looking for a new lawyer to replace ours we were referred to him by two different people! Let's just say, he got more done for us in a 2 hour consultation than our lawyer did in 5 months!! Dan gets things accomplished ASAP!! We put... him to work right away and would strongly recommend him to anyone especially our friends and family in need of a custody attorney!! Very happy so far!!
