He’s been using the court system to do this to my son for almost 9 years now. There’s no concern for th...e child. Dan only works to make coparenting chaotic so he can keep collecting money. Dan Barron will take your money and then YEARS later claim you never paid it and demand money and threaten to put a lien on your house. Make sure you document any money you give him because he will say you never paid it and threaten you with unethical harassment. He threatened me with a lien over 200 bucks ! For almost 9 years I’ve been the target of his hate. Someone that works this hard to violate a special needs child and their right to get an education should not have a law license. What word comes to mind when you see someone in a position of authority abuse a child’s rights?
