My son was indicted for intent to harm or kill ( assault with a deadly weapon) - Obviously a felony. It was at a side road hot spring. He’s a good kid. It went to a jury trail which scared me to death. Mike was very clear to me on telephone. Unfortunately I had serious foot surgery and couldn’t go... but my former spouse did go. Mike explained the situation clearly and precisely to me. He is very adept and states the situation very straightforwardly. I am very appreciative of his efforts on my son’s behalf.

I would have given Mr. Edminister 0 stars if it were possible. I have very little positive things to say about my experience with Mr. Edminister, except for he was kind in the way he spoke with me. He made me feel like he was a friend, but his job was not to discuss his personal affairs, and as I e...xplained to him, I needed someone who had the ability to stand up against a very aggressive attorney. I lost my case, as Mr. Edminister did not produce a single piece of evidence/exhibit to support my case. Then, after losing almost full custody of my children, due to Mr. Edminister's lack of preperation for my case, as the Judge said to Mr. Edminister during the hearing, he proceeded to not pay me back for the money he owed me and ignored my emails. As a result of his incompetence in my case, I lost my children and I should have been reimbursed for all payments rendered on my behalf. Mr. Edminister should be reported to the BAR Association.
