Tammy M. Tallant

With over ten years of legal experience, Tammy Tallant provides personalized legal services in estate planning, probate law, and mediation. She has represented more than 1,000 clients, authored nearly 100 appellate briefs, and argued before the Court of Appeals. Tammy excels in mediation, helping clients achieve favorable outcomes while maintaining control over their cases, but she is equally skilled in courtroom advocacy, having spent hundreds of hours litigating before judges, magistrates, and juries across Colorado. Her dedication extends to serving as a guardian ad litem, child legal representative, and advocate in abuse and neglect cases, as well as guiding clients through guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. Tammy also founded a nonprofit to serve as legal guardians for isolated adults, a mission she continues today.

Originally from Michigan, Tammy moved to Colorado in 2007 and earned her Juris Doctor from Denver Law after working as a special education teacher. As cancer survivor and former small business owner with several businesses, she now focuses exclusively on her legal practice and enjoying life. Tammy is active in her community through pro bono work and organizations like the Mesa County Women’s Giving Club. Outside of work, she enjoys ranching, rafting, traveling, and poker.
