I contacted Todd February 2018, after reporting sexual harassment/workplace bullying to my employer and being fired within 8 days. I was also newly pregnant. Todd was VERY eager to assist and represent me. I provided Todd with any and every detail he needed for my case in addition to prepaying for ...ten hours of work, totaling $2500.00. After receiving that payment, Todd was extremely difficult to correspond with as his secretary Kim rarely answers the phone and neither did Todd. I "worked" with him for two months and all he told me he accomplished was a couple of phone calls on my behalf and when asked for the facts, he gave next to no progress/information. By mid April 2018 his communication COMPLETELY halted. I continued to email/text/call him, and even stopped by his business and came up unsuccessful. Finally, I emailed him and let him know I needed a receipt as to how he allocated my funds, my case file and all of the doucments (a very large detailed binder) I made for him. Surprise... Todd never responded to any email, text, phone call; absolutely nothing. I stopped by his office a few more times and was told by neighboring businesses that he had literally just snuck out the back door... all three times. Before you contact him, be sure you have done your research and are aware of this "lawyers" background and work ethic.

I do not recommend this lawyer. Although he was very communicative, pleasant and reasonably priced, he did not fight for me in my case at all. He basically told me I was looking at a lengthy prison sentence and nothing could be done. I went on to hire another lawyer who truely fought for me and made... significant progress within a week that Todd said there was so possibility of making happen. In the end, I also did not receive any jail time in sentencing Seems like he is definitely on the courts side in criminal cases. I do not recommend this lawyer.

I hired Mr. Hildebrandt to defend me against my boyfriends ex wife who placed a restraining order against me on false grounds. This guy thought my case was open and shut so obviously didn’t prepare at all, didn’t get the cop to court (honestly probably didn’t even call him), half the time I didn’t kn...ow what he was arguing about nor did the people on the courtroom either, didn’t prove I was the one being harassed, lost my case and got a permanent restraining order placed on me and charged me $500 for all of this I could defended myself better than that. Out of all of this the thing that made me most mad was the guy couldn’t even get my name right, I honestly think he maybe said it right one time during court, talk about humiliation. Very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend This guy

In 2010, we lost our daughter to a drunk driver. Todd was the Asst. District Attorney at that time and handled our case. My wife and I were not familiar with the ins and outs of the legal system, but Todd did an exceptional job of guiding us through the steps of the process, keeping us abreast of any... developments in the case, and treated us with care and compassion. He and his staff made themselves available to us throughout the ordeal. It goes without saying that this was a traumatic time in our lives, but Todd was to us, not just a competent representative of the legal establishment, but a minister in a difficult time.
