Michele Lucille Devlin

Since graduating from law school, I have devoted my career to defending people accused of crimes.  Having represented clients in all types of cases including Murder, Sexual Assault, Robbery, Drug Trafficking and Distribution, Drug Possession and Use, Burglary, Theft, Fraud, Assault and Domestic Violence, DUI’s and Traffic Violations, and Juvenile Delinquency.  I have always had an interest in providing a voice to those accused of criminal offenses.

After graduating summa cum laude from Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, I went on to attend Gonzaga School of Law in Spokane, Washington, graduating cum laude.  While attending Gonzaga, I interned with the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington and the Honorable Judge Van Sickle of the Federal District Court of Eastern Washington.  I was the Marketing Editor of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, Vice – President of the Gonzaga Chapter of Alpha Sigma Nu, the National Jesuit Honor Society, and a competitor and member of the Moot Court Council. 

I realize how being charged with a crime can be a life altering moment and the significance of an aggressive defense.  Therefore, I treat all my cases with the utmost care and attention to detail, making sure that every client gets the expertise and comprehensive representation necessary to successfully defend his or her case.
