Amanda Tipton

As I manage my personal injury cases, I take the time to listen, understand, and help resolve my clients’ concerns. I have compassion for those who have been victims of accidents and those who have suffered from physical injuries, emotional shock, and trauma. With my problem-solving mentality, I'm able to think of innovative solutions to the obstacles my clients face. I try my absolute best to protect my clients from getting backed into a corner by insurance companies. No matter how complex a case may be, I am always patient with my clients and I'm ready to answer any questions they may have.

Prior to forming Tipton Law with my husband, Jeremy, I was a deputy district attorney at the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. While serving as the lead deputy district attorney in a variety of criminal jury trials, I was able to sharpen my courtroom skills. During trial preparations, I worked closely with auto accident victims, dog bite victims, and domestic violence victims. Specifically, I sympathized with victims and listened as they discussed their injuries, their traumatic experiences, and their input on potential plea deals and the pending criminal charges.

In addition to serving as a deputy district attorney, I was also a family law attorney. I assisted clients navigate their divorces, easing them through stressful, difficult times that have taken a toll on their children and families. As I transitioned into personal injury law, I found my calling. I'm passionate about using my legal knowledge to help others during catastrophic times. As a previous personal injury attorney, I managed a high-volume caseload while still maintaining that personal touch with my clients. Due to my strong communication skills, I kept a direct channel of communication open with my clients regarding their treatment and case progression. Throughout my entire legal career, I've built a framework of trust with those I've helped and I hope to continue building trust with my future clients.
