I met with Mr. John Scorsine to discuss the Quit Claim Deed process for the state of Colorado. Mr. Scorsine informed me it was a very easy process to complete, a process I myself could do (to help save me and my family money).
To ensure the legality of the entire process I chose to hire Mr. Scorsine. Mr. Scorsine was very thorough and ensured I understood the steps that would take place and set honest expectations.
Mr. Scorsine made the entire Quit Claim Deed process very stress free.
I will definitely recommend Mr. Scorsine to my friends, family, and colleagues.
Mr. Scorsine was sincerely vested in my case. He went above and beyond to see me through a decisive victory, making me free and clear. I couldn't have been more pleased and grateful for his services. He is a friend to veterans and willing to go the extra mile for those he represents.

Very Knowledgeable in Government Security Clearance Matters
Originally, I chose to hire John based on his extensive experience involving security clearance adjudication. I required John's services in two separate, related instances: one involving a Federal hearing, the other involving a written response proclaiming my trustworthiness for a DoD agency. Both instances occurred during my clearance application as a result of previous drug use, a misdemeanor, and an improperly disclosed petty offense. John prepared my defense with documentation, references, and other material to mitigate any questionable items concerning my character. Before the hearing, John prepared me on what to expect (worst and best case) and how to respond. During the hearing, he presented my character in a positive light and helped me remain calm, as a hearing is highly stressful. Throughout both processes, he represented me far better than I would have been able to represent myself. Ultimately, John's professionalism, hard work, and experience directly contributed to favorable adjudication in both situations.
