I went in to the appointment with Mr. Shaw, and was a nervous wreck. I knew in my heart I had a great case, but just the stress of knowing someone out there wants to sue is very stressful. I told Mr. Shaw my problem, presented all my facts with evidence. He explained exactly what was going to happ...en, and gave me an informed choice to make. I told him what I wanted to happen and he told me his plan. Mr. Shaw assured me that things were going to work out and that I did in fact have a strong case.
