Susan Bloch Marhoffer

I found Susan by referral from a co worker after my ex decided to pursue the attorney route for our divorce. He was a difficult person to deal with and Susan did a wonderful job of dealing with him and making this understood in court. He is a small business owner and came after alimony. I am convince...d that without Susan's help I would be sending him a monthly alimony payment. Susan is smart and proactive!

She stepped in 1 month prior to going to court after 16 months of negotiations going no where. Not only did she keep the case out of court but she helped me get a parenting agreement that I could accept. She fought for what I asked her to, told me if i was being unreasonable, and had a lot of answers... for me I was unable to get prior to hiring her. She did all of this for a case in another county and succeeded as far as I am concerned.

First divorce she saved me from having to give the ex half my business - then she went back and got me full custody of my son. Before I remarried she insisted on drafting a pre- nup. The second marriage only lasted three years and when they tried to break the pre- nup the court found it was airtight.... I am forever grateful.
