There was a question of legality in regards to an action but the criminal attorneys and others I consulted said it was civil but Ms Lipka was to skittish and inexperienced to continue in representing me and dropped the case right in the middle leaving me without representation when she knew my ex hel...d all the money and I couldn't afford another attorney. I think this was unfair and I was opposing the withdraw but the court never granted my request/ filing to stop the withdraw. I feel cheated and very upset that attorneys can do this over what amounts to a hang nail in the entire scheme of things. Divorce is a horrible thing and worst when you have a nervous attorney that hasn't had the experience needed to stand up to injustice and criminal acts of the opposing side. I was lied to. Plus Ms Lipka couldn't remember important details or previous discovered information, slow to answer emails and get to the root of the issues. A lot of discovery expired as in video's from the bank and other discoveries because she would drag her feet. I personally feel this attorney should stick to more simple aspects of the law and not practice where people's futures hang in the balance.
