I was arrested for DUI while visiting Colorado Springs last month. I had only had 2 beers and the officer said he pulled me over for a "faulty" taillight. Mr. Moran immediately challenged the accuracy of both the reason for the stop (nothing was wrong with either taillight) and the alledged .005 BA...C the officer claimed I registered. Mr. Moran's investigators found that this officer's certification to operate that particular device was not current and up to date, and an independent auto shop certified that there were no issues with taillights. Thanks to Mike Moran's help , my DUI case was dismissed entirely in a pre-trial hearing by the judge.
