Shimon Kohn

In my case specifically, I had so much at stake I was concerned about however, I wanted be accountable and wise with how my decisions and actions would impact the outcome of my case and life therein. Shimon was approachable, straight forward, and understanding. He got back to me in times I was in ne...ed of direction on handling situations without furthering any hardship with my standing in my case. Furthermore, he demonstrated his knowledge as a trusted adviser in law and ultimately gave me peace of mind.

I refuse to waste time explaining why Shimon Kohn was the pivotal operator who enabled a voice to be heard righteously above noisy quabbling of lies, engineered by criminals with the intent to abuse the system and manipulate the innocent. Without using any identifying information of myself, I will... state I am a single Father of two boys, I work two jobs. I frequently work clear through the weekends as well. I was a victimously accused individual, that faced a very real, extremely frightening circumstance that weighed the outcome of a potential life sentence. My fears were for my children. MY fears were for my own life. If I were to have one chance to swing at a golf ball worth my own life and my childrens future (and i did), I would be entirely sure to pick the club that was right for where the ball laid, and where it needs to be. Today Shimon Kohn was that club. Today Justice was delivered. Today Lady Liberty may stand a little taller. Today i did not go to Prison. Today i spent with my sons. Tomarrow i will spend as a free man. Thank you Shimon.

Unfortunately, we could not afford him. He definitely listened to us and made us feel comfortable. I really wanted to hire him, but we felt our case would likely go to trial, which would cost more. (Charged with theft, conspiracy and extortion) He was very confident and intelligent, and told us how h...e thought the case might go. We ended up hiring someone else. This was only days ago. Kohn seems genuine and I would recommend him to anyone who can afford him. I hope we didn't screw ourselves by not choosing him.

I was looking at more than 30 years in prison and got probation. My lawyer gave me his cell phone number to call if I had problems after his office closed. He always talked to my family about my case to make sure we all understood the case and what was happening. I thought I was going to prison an...d an out with my family and kids on probation instead.
