Michael Thomas Allen

We cannot recommend the attorney Mike Allen. He was retained to handle our 20 year old daughters Custody Case of a one year old child. Our daughter highly paid for their services. Unlike some whom Mike states have left poor reviews and are not their clients, she paid a lot of money to retain them. Mi...ke started out as ambitious and seemingly competent. Part of the way through a very traumatic year he quit responding to calls and emails and did not support or adequately represent our daughter in a very fragile & volatile parental case where she was assaulted by an older military man and conceived a child. She had a protection order against him. This man records reveal he was found guilty of assaulting 'multiple' other women and now has an other than honorable discharge from the military. Mike at the time even told our daughter "Even if this man was a murderer he's still the father," obviously shows he was not working for the best interests of this child. The other parent even had sent an email to Mike stating he would sign anything but Mike's suggestion to our daughter was to "ignore the request in hopes he'd eventually just drop everything and move on to another relationship." Mike quit representing our daughter shortly afterwards and never asked permission when he gave the case over to a brand new attorney in the firm. Mike and Keith succumbed to the opposing counsel's requests, did not work diligently for our daughters parental responsibility plan, did not defend our daughter, or protect our one year grandson's future. Devastating service as the life of a small child has been greatly effected. So sadly, we cannot in any way recommend these attorneys.

Mike took care of everything! I had a list of everything I needed to complete before I went to court. He took care of all my court notices and kept me updated on when I had to be there and when I didn't have to be there and he stood up for me at the end and got me the best possible deal ever! Definit...ely worth the money! Really help me control my anxiety about all the negativity because I knew someone was handling All the details! They were also very willing to work out and affordable payment plan!

I hired Mike to litigate my divorce. He provided zero support. All he would say when I would ask a financial question is: "it's just math. Don't worry." He provided no counsel on my parenting plan, which when I went to the judge was so egregious she threw it out and asked me to hire a competent attor...ney. What a waste. My case was such a mess that I have had to start over, thousands of dollars later.

We used Mike Allen at the last minute and I was the one on the bottom and we made it all the way to the top, he always did everything that he said he was going to do and made me feel like I understood everything.. we won the case big time coming from the bottom now back to the top and I couldn't ...be no more thankful we even received some of the money back which is awesome because you don't see that very much with law firms.. Thank you for helping me get to this point in my life to where now I can finally breathe and be comfortable.

The right guy at the right time! I usually don’t take the time to post stuff like this but upon reflecting on my experience with Michael Allen, I felt it necessary. After being served divorce papers I was beyond concerned and lost and was not sure where to start and who to turn to. Michael was referr...ed to me by an attorney friend of mine, which in itself is a strong statement. Divorce is not a pretty thing and having an attorney represent you that understands that and cares was very important to me? Michael’s knowledge of divorce law was only surpassed by his genuine and sincere people skills. I was warned by many about lawyers who drags things on and pad their bills. Michael’s approach was about doing what’s right for the kids, me and overall the least expensive conclusion. In my opinion his focus was always on finding a fair and equitable conclusion while protecting my interests and not forgetting my two kids. He returned my calls and he always provided me with what I needed. I highly recommend Michael Allen!
