Jeremy Chris Tipton

As a Colorado personal injury attorney, I do everything that I can to be there for my clients, especially after they have been through traumatic accidents like car accidents. My persistence to seek justice and my devotion to my clients are just some of the reasons why I co-founded Tipton Law with my wife, Amanda.

Before launching the firm, I was the primary litigation attorney for a personal injury law firm in Colorado. There, I handled a variety of cases, ranging from rear-end car accidents and business slip and falls to high-value T-bone car collisions. I was also a Deputy District Attorney (DDA) for the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, where I managed a high-volume criminal docket, and fine-tuned my courtroom skills. I also prosecuted complex criminal cases including first-degree murder and felony drug crimes, and I served as the primary DDA in a multitude of misdemeanor jury trials. Throughout my legal career, I have been able to gain invaluable experience in two areas of law, master my trial advocacy skills, develop a rapport with the judges, and enhance my ability to think on my feet in critical situations.

My passion is helping those who have gone through tragic events in their lives. My goal is to help my clients recover and adjust to their new normal. I accomplish this goal by zealously advocating for my clients throughout the entire insurance claim process. I will not be bullied by insurance companies who undervalue my cases based on their flawed reasoning.

If the claim cannot be resolved without filing a lawsuit, I am a skilled trial attorney who is dedicated to leading my clients to victory in the courtroom. I am a natural when it comes to developing unique trial strategies for each of my clients. I acknowledge that no two cases are the same, so I develop a unique approach for each case that I manage. Throughout the entire process, I make it a priority to stay in contact with my clients to ensure they are informed of their options and kept up-to-speed on their case progression.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Economics from West Virginia University and received my Juris Doctor from Penn State Law. I am a current member of the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys, the Colorado Bar Association, the El Paso County Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association

In my free time, I enjoy watching college and Denver Broncos football, working out, and going on adventures with my wife.
