Extremely expensive
Mr. Olney represented me in a contested divorce involving children. He charged me for everything, every step of the way. I feel he took advantage of me when I was fighting for my children. I would not recommend him unless you have an endless supply of money.

Replied last April 08, 2017Dear Anonymous, Before I will take a divorce case I always have the new client read and sign a fee agreement which clearly states what will billed per hour on time spent for all activities. At any point the client can dispute any charges to their monthly billing statements. If you would please contact my office I will be happy to go over the billing to adjust any disputes.
