Lyndsay is the complete package that anyone could ask for in a family lawyer. She is confident, honest, fair, and legitimately cares about your circumstance. We hired several different lawyers over the years to deal with child custody, parental schedules, and modifications issues. Needless to say, ...Lyndsay is top notch. We are a military family that was living outside of Colorado and received PCS orders to relocate to another post. The old court order did not specifically allow us to relocate the child without permission. The ex refused to allow the child to relocate and demanded custody. Up till the day of court, we never physically met Lyndsay, only phone calls and emails. So, we were impressed about the amount of detail she remembered about our case. Unlike every other lawyer who forgets what you told them, costing you time and money to fix those mistakes. She also represented us in mediation prior to court over the phone and didn't drag it out because the ex was uncompromising. In court, Lyndsay was confident and well organized. The result, Lyndsay got us everything we wanted and more! We are now able to move freely without having to continually seek permission from the ex. Lyndsay also helped us modify visitation times and costs. Overall, Lyndsay was fantastic! She was very responsive to text messages, emails, and phone calls. She never nickled and dimed us like most lawyers do and always kept us informed about the services she provided. She gave us peace throughout the entire process with sound advice. I cannot recommend Lynsday enough. She and her staff are excessively diligent and firm with the way they handle cases. She isn't going to rope you in to false hopes to burn up your retainer and when you're wrong, she's going to call you out on it. Where she shines the most is with her diligence in th...e case. She produced a result that blew me away at the end. I couldn't believe how effective her work was in the case and I couldn't be more happy with the outcome she was able to achieve. Her staff is diligent and they work hard to keep the case moving smoothly. Her office is very busy so you won't be hearing from her daily, but likewise when it comes time for your case she is on point and produces amazing results where it matters.
