Utmost integrity, astuteness, intelligent

I was referred to Lyndsay from another individual who she had represented. Lyndsay talked with me prior to determine if she would be a good fit for my case. Lyndsay represented me for 2 different contested family court cases. First-a contested relocation and parenting time modification for me eldest ...child. We won and I was granted approval to remove my child out of the state and parenting time and decision making modification were denied. Based on the evidence Lyndsay so carefully presented in court the judge not only denied the request for modification she scolded the other party for his complaints and allegations against me. My second case-a high conflict, contested divorce and custody case which included relocation for my youngest child. This recently concluded and I won primary residential custody with sole decision making and we relocated to my home state. We had a CLR, PRE, mediations and had a 4 day final orders trial. Lyndsay guided me through each interaction. She was realistic and transparent. She uses her time and your time wisely. She doesn’t waste your money and is worth every penny you do spend. She has incredible knowledge of the law and how it pertained to my case specifically. Her documents were well written in comparison with other attorney’s I’ve encountered during this process. Additionally, her paralegal Kathryn has many years of experience and is very knowledgeable and helpful. We were in court "twice" last minute and Lyndsay navigated through it with ease. Her presence in court is strong yet respectful and the judges in El Paso County clearly trust her. She knows the uniqueness of the judges and how it can hurt or benefit your case. My ex-husband had hired a criminal defense attorney who was uncooperative and volatile. Lyndsay remained calm and calculated in her interactions with her not allowing her to "bully". My ex-husband was a perpetrator of domestic violence and very manipulative (although never charged criminally). He was able to manipulate some of my family, one of the experts and his attorney in this case. I was not perfect but owned up to my deficiencies. She would never cover them up but highlight what I had done to improve. Lyndsay stuck to the facts and what was important for the judge to see and she was right every time. She overcame what seemed to be impossible and encouraged me to stay strong and upright during this tiring battle. Hearing the judge say he finds domestic violence and was awarding me primary custody and decision making was so validating. I am so incredibly grateful to Lyndsay and her paralegal Kathryn. My children and I are together and safe.
