We hired Dan over 11 years ago and he has worked for us and beside us through several divorce and family situations. He is a wonderful knowledgeable lawyer and gets stuff done. We had some difficult cases and came out where we needed to be. He is very respectful to the judges and the court system,... but firm. I would highly recommend him!

I would recommend Dan West to anyone going through a divorce and dealing with custody issues. He has advocated for me and the wellbeing of my infant son. Dan helped me, as a breastfeeding mother, get appropriate parenting time with my son. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a gut instinct about h...ow to proceed in complicated cases. His presence and delivery in the court room alleviated so much anxiety. He is straight forward in his approach and knows how to communicate your needs both to the opposing side and infront of the judge. I appreciate his ethics and high standard to fight for what is right and fair. His efforts have really come through for me. Dan and his staff have provided me with peace in a time of so much turmoil.

I laughed aloud at the bad review below. Sounds more like someone disgruntled on the other side​ than a client of Dan's. I had a stellar experience with my case thanks to Dan and staff.​ He's my second attorney, my first had been great, but slowly became less organized and it cost me dearly. ​So​... I asked several professionals in the court system ​ who they would use if it were them and their child going to court, and the most common answer I got was Dan West. Now, unlike many attorneys, he isn't a slick s​chmoozer​ type....​but I've been to court enough to know judges see through that. They focus on facts, honesty and respect for the law. With my child​ on the line, I chose Dan.
