Brett Chalmers

Was told there was time to handle my case, but attorney and paralegal have no idea who I am or what my case is about every time we talk. Late filings with the court. No office to exchange paperwork and have meetings. Messages go unreturned. Never had a face to face meeting and its now 3 weeks before... trial. Cheep service though.

Brett was assigned to me for a PPO case, then was hired in my divorce case. He was not diligent in my PPO case, and passed me off to his partner for the PPO, who had much less experience in those kind of cases. The PPO was lost, and that attorney was also assigned to my divorce without any input from... me. I was spoken to in very insulting and dismissive ways by his partner, and when I requested that I have Brett back as my attorney, he ignored me. Highly unsatisfied with their services, now all of my requests for them to withdraw have gone completely ignored, further delaying my divorce case. I would not recommend Brett or his partner to anyone, and they are impossible to communicate with.

I hired Brett Chalmers for my dissolution case and he was amazing. He is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Brett took on my case just prior to my mediation and quickly reviewed, discovered and corrected errors in my initial case filing by another attorney. He put in many hou...rs to get up to speed quickly. The response time in communication with Brett was a very short turn around. Each time I have had contact with Brett I have felt as if he truly cares. I would highly recommend Brett. I had no concerns during the process with Brett and he was able to take a very stressful situation and put me at ease, giving me confidence in the outcome.
