Believe it or not, Brett actually enjoys practicing family law full time. Brett is from a “yours, mine, and ours” family so he understands the stresses and heartache that are a part of every family law case. Brett approaches family law from the somewhat conflicting views that conflict is expensive but also that some things are worth fighting for. Brett understands that each client’s familial conflict is the most important thing in the client’s life, and he will work to ensure that you are fully informed of all available options and outcomes for your case. Brett has based his practice around the idea that representation should not be too expensive for regular people to afford.
Brett is a die-hard Saints fan (which is hard sometimes) and an animal lover (which helps).

Dishonest don't depend on them
Did a awful job during my divorce case, then they refused to listen to me then quit my case after unloading a massive bill they knew I couldn't pay

Unreliable and dismissive
Brett was assigned to me for a PPO case, then was hired in my divorce case. He was not diligent in my PPO case, and passed me off to his partner for the PPO, who had much less experience in those kind of cases.
