I have completed advanced training in Alternate Dispute Resolution, advanced courses in traditional and non-traditional Legal Research, and has authored numerous Legal Resource World Wide Web pages for The University of North Dakota School of Law. I have represented valiantly a variety of clients in County, District, State Appellate, and Federal Courts. I am capable at all stages of the criminal or civil Court process and in all negotiation settings. I am able to manage a multi-lawyer firm with a large case-load. I have administrated several significant programs during law school for the University of North Dakota School of Law, directed software training to law school facility, staff and students in large, small or individual sessions. I have attained rank of Eagle Scout in Boy Scouts of America and has served as an adult leader for teens. And I am active in several community organizations and committees, while ballancing the needs of my own family.
With years of working with teenagers and the adult mentally handicapped population, I have been able to develop ways to effectively explain complex issues in a variety of different levels. My work as a professional has allowed me to sharpen my ability to do quality work with various types of people, well within time restraints.
