Worst Experience Ever

I hired Mr. Pring as my attorney and was very disappointed. Oh yes he comes across personable enough however that's where it ends. He will tell you he used to work for the DA's office so he knows how they work over there. What he fails to mention is his mindset still does. As well as the fact that hi...s wife holds a part time seat on the Weld County municipal bench !!!! Something he could have mentioned before I chose to hire him to defend me. I got nothing that they did not offer at my first court appearance and then while serving my sentence I called him about filing a reconsideration and was told he would not advise me to do that until half my sentence was served. Well by the time I received the hearing it was so based on his advice I would have served almost all of my sentence before having gotten a chance. So I filed for my own reconsideration which I received no thanks to my attorney. When I called him to let him know I had a hearing his response was well that judge gives them to everybody so good luck with that don't get your hopes up !!!! Seriously !!!!! I still have a payment to make to him that is late on purpose. I'll pay him eventually because it's the right thing to do but, I would be very careful when hiring him to defend you. "I endorse this lawyer. Matt is not only a great guy, but he is an excellent attorney. I have known Matt since he was a DA. Matt is an honest, solid advocate, and I can say that, if I were in trouble, that I would hire Matt, and believe in him."

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
