Don Delaney is a former Assistant Attorney General from New York who practices family law and family defense litigation in Colorado. He has extensive trial experience in both state and federal court. Early in his legal career he left a prestigious global law firm to be a Public Defender, where he exonerated clients through jury trials and hearings in state District Court. Don became a family law attorney because he cares about helping his clients who are facing life changing events.
