People v. Duran. I hope you remember this case it is not DUI case when you defend drunk people. It is not a civil right to drive drunk just for references. You took from Jaime Duran around 12000.00 and lost case because you committed a malpractice - it is on email sent to another attorney as evident...iary exhibit. You left this men behind bars life without parole. You claimed you are a civil right attorney please show your civil duty and pay back money you took form your client for work you never done, and please do not file any post conviction motion because you have no clue what is 35c .

Sarah is the ABSOLUTE BEST lawyer you can stumble across if you’re in need! I was in a pretty ugly situation at the beginning of the year. I was looking at jail time, heavy fines, losing my license, and potentially ruining my future career aspirations with a dumb mistake I made (2nd dumb mistake actu...ally). After numerous calls to other lawyers in Colorado who told me that I was basically screwed and that any lawyer who told me other wise was “blowing smoke up butt” I happened across Sarah’s website and then…there it was…the light at the end of the tunnel!!! I would give Sarah a million stars out of 5 if I could!!! It sounds dramatic, but when your entire life is on the line, it is not. I was facing a serious DUI charge and she got my case DISMISSED!! Being a Board Certified medical provider, a conviction would've ruined life for me as I know it (with 7+... years of college down the drain). Sarah is literally a life saver and vindicator. Retaining Sarah to conduct my DUI defense was without a doubt the wisest decision I could make. She really knows the system, the local judges and DA's, and clearly has a confident, respected reputation with them. During the entire process, Sarah guided me with timely, accurate information, detailed ...and understandable explanations of what would happen and when, and even anticipated my questions. She puts a lot of effort into lessening the load her clients face, and it makes a tremendous difference in helping to obtain the best possible outcome. In my case, she turned over every stone seeking dismissal while identifying everything I could do to mitigate the outcome favorably if the case could not be dismissed, which in my case, it was not. All those things were highly effective and possibly instrumental in getting me the best plea agreement possible. She was even able to make it possible to begin my community service prior to my sentencing, which is something most attorneys don't even know is possible.
