I would give Sarah a million stars out of 5 if I could!!! It sounds dramatic, but when your entire life is on the line, it is not. I was facing a serious DUI charge and she got my case DISMISSED!! Being a Board Certified medical provider, a conviction would've ruined life for me as I know it (with 7+... years of college down the drain). Sarah is literally a life saver and vindicator. She fought like crazy for me, is relentless, extremely knowledgeable, incredibly skilled, and upholds people to the highest level of the law. She WILL fight for your rights (seemingly to the death), is very accessible/responds in a timely manner, authentic/transparent, and demonstrates a true heart for her clients and justice. Sarah is MAGNIFICENT in the courtroom and uses her knowledge of the law with both wisdom and prowess. She backs all her words with ACTIONS and quite frankly has not only renewed my faith in the legal system, but humanity as a whole. To anyone who takes the outcome of their case seriously, Sarah is an ABSOLUTE must!!! Words cannot say enough! Sarah, thank you from the bottom of my heart! For giving me my life, my career, and my freedom back (sanity too).

My situation has a very long back story. In short I was involved in a Auto vs Motorcycle accident. I was in the car and was hit by the Motorcyclist. It seemed like a very straight forward case and I didn't even think I needed to get any lawyer involved. However when the police department investiga...ted they were finding and supporting facts that made me the perpetrator and the other party the victim. The other party was severely injured and the police were more interested in the injured person than in me. They built a very challenging case to defend with very broad catch all terminology. My wife and I were overwhelmed and realized we needed to seek some sort of council. At first we thought that we could get away with a very basic defense and the truth and facts would stand on its own. We hired a less experienced lawyer and moved forward. After digging into our case the lawyer was very concerned. The other party was very outspoken and was demanding prosecution to the fullest extent of the law and demanding restitutions. It was very hard for me to understand how I was in this situation because the facts in this case supported that the motorcycle was in-fact driving with-ought a license and was driving recklessly. After thinking about the worst case scenarios we decided that we needed to find a lawyer that had experience in this realm to help us understand how and why we have found ourselves in this situation. My wife and I are working people and with a heavy heart we retained Sarah. We knew it was going to be an expense, but the long lasting repercussions from the worst case scenario would cost way more in the long run. Sarah took our case and immediately went to work dissecting it. She was able to draw out all the facts and was confident that we could defend this case with a positive outcome. She took the time to understand all the facts, researched all the aspects of the case, and understood the implications this had on our family. It took a year to get our case in front of a judge. Until then I had been made out to be a monster, and no one was interested in hearing my side of the facts. It felt as if I was guilty and trying to prove my innocence. Sarah got to the bottom of the situation quickly. She used an investigator and an accident reconstructionist to get to the facts in an unbiased way. She was able to prove everything I had been trying to tell the authorities and what the facts supported. She was extremely professional and thorough. In the end I was found not guilty. I don't think I would have had that outcome with-ought her. It was a very challenging case to navigate and she was able to navigate it. If anyone finds themselves lost and overwhelmed in the legal system I would highly recommend Sarah. She was simply amazing. I cant thank her enough for what she did for my family. It was a great expense to endure, but worth every penny. When my trail was over the judge pulled Sarah aside and complimented her. Sarah Schielke is an amazing lawyer that will fight for you, I will always be indebted to her.

Sarah is awesome. Not a typical do the minimum turnkey attorney. She shows genuine care for her clients and helped me get out of a little bit of a sticky situation with a DUI. She has a great wealth of knowledge surrounding the law and I would not hesitate to suggest someone hire her. Other attorneys... seemed to be more on the cookie cutter get a plea deal with lesser outcome for you approach to it, which I'm sure is a huge money maker FOR them. Sarah was ready to take the gloves off and go to trial if need be and I would not want to be the person that had to go up against her. She was always available for questions and gave me honest answers to help me decide what was in my own best interest in this process.

Sarah did a wonderful job with my defense. I am a trucker. Thankfully, I saw Sarah on a local news channel with a win for another CDL holder. Contacted, and hired her two days later. Fired my first attorney. I had a high bac while driving, and a careless driving charge. She helped me feel at ea...se from the start. She is promt in returning phone calls and or texts. Willing to work with payments. With a verdict of 'Not Guilty', my CDL is intact! Thank You so much!!
