I hired Jeremy, after having a wonderful consultation with him, for my very complicated and high conflict child custody case. He presented to be extremely competent, understanding and knowledgeable. He had insight and I trusted his direction he thought would be best. Our communication quickly began t...o deteriorate, starting out with very delayed responses through email and almost never receiving phone calls back. I spent some time debating on whether or not to just deal lack of communication. I really didn’t want to go through the process of finding another attorney again, it’s emotionally taxing and time consuming. However, three days before my court hearing, I received an email notification from Jeremy stating that he’d “be away for vacation and would return” at a later date; which happened to be the day after my hearing. I fired Jeremy and luckily received my retainer back in a timely manner. It was a disappointing situation and I don’t think it had to be this way. Sadly, I cannot recommend Jeremy as an attorney, even though he seemed to be a go-getter and knowledgeable.
