No communication, hard to track down, would not return phone calls, would not update us on the case, he even showed up late to court late,with wrinkled clothes and unorganized. Looked like he just flew out of bed. He was a total mess thoughout the entire case and then charged us for every call wh...en we had to find out what was going on. He billed us double what we agreed on. Don't know where he is now, as we would like to sue him for our retainer as he did not earn what we paid him for.

Mr. Rupp-Zimmerman proved to be the correct resource in attaining my Grandparents Visitation Rights. He and his office where quick to respond to any questions I had. I cannot imagine going through such an ordeal without his representation. I found Mr. Rupp-Zimmerman confident, articulate and most of ...all honest with this client.

Mr. Zimmerman is a knowledgeable attorney, and reasonably priced. He was very thorough in court, and I was quite pleased with the outcome, so in the areas of being Knowledgeable & Trustworthy - a big thumbs up! Where I was so disappointed with him were in the areas of Responsiveness and Keeping me in...formed. It was truly impossible to get him to return a phone call or email in regards to my Divorce/Modification hearing after my day in court. After 6-8 messages over a 2 week period and several emails - none of which were returned, I finally "caught him" answering the phone to get my 2 questions answered. I have been through hell over the last year with my former spouse, and I have some very real Child Support & Maintenance concerns. I simply wanted to know (1) When will I see the written ruling? & (2) What should I do next? 10 minutes Mr. Zimmerman was all it would have taken.
