Biography
I was trained in the Denver District Attorneys office where I tried my 1st murder case 6 months after law school. I have tried over 300 jury trials both as a prosecutor and defense attorney which gives me a huge advantage over all other lawyers. I will go the extra mile to make sure that my clients get the best possible result instead of too many lawyers that never go trial and are more concerned with trying to be friends with the prosecutor instead of an advocate for their client. My personal mission is to give each client and each case the same diligent and professional effort required to get the best possible outcome.

Hired Mr Fischer for a 1st time DUI case, It was very clear that the judge did not care for the Fischer Group, The Lawyer assigned to the case was a ex-prosecutor from Wyoming, said he could help, but did not, would of been better off if I hadn't hired the Fischer Group, SOLD DOWN THE RIVER ! ...

She tried to discharge the loan in bankruptcy and when unsuccessful, I was discliplined for failing to have her execute more than one waiver of conflict when she received additional advances while we negotiated settlement of her case. This was a merely technical violation which is why I received a mere one year probation. I have no other discipline. Her personal injury case was ultimately settled for a substantial sum.”
