Katherine Carroll

Katherine Carroll is an associate attorney at Antommaria Ilevska Elder. She is a passionate, focused, and zealous advocate with ample experience and an empathetic lens that she brings to her practice.

Katherine is a former assistant county attorney in Jefferson County, Colorado, focusing on child dependency and neglect proceedings, juvenile delinquency, and mental health. Before this position, she worked in civil litigation defense.

A Long Island, New York native, she moved to Colorado after completing a year-long clerkship with the Hon. Paula T. Dow in New Jersey Superior Court in 2023. Katherine received her J.D. from Touro University Law School in Central Islip, NewYork, in 2022 and her bachelor’s from the State University of New York at New Paltz in 2017.

While completing her J.D., Katherine worked with Mental Hygiene Legal Service, representing individuals in civil commitment hearings, and the Sexual Harassment Working Group, researching and proposing policy to protect survivors of workplace sexual harassment.

Katherine also wrote for and served as a note editor for the Touro Law Review. Katherine is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the National Association of Women Lawyers, and the American Bar Association. Katherine is published in the Touro Law Review June 2021 issue. She also frequently writes articles of interest for the CWBA Blog, the 1891.

In her spare time, Katherine enjoys reading historical fiction novels, watching New York Mets baseball, singing karaoke, and exploring the ethereal beauty of the Colorado outdoors with her rescue dog, Moose.
