He is extremely knowledgeable regarding contract and municipal law. He assisted me with several matters and was professional, upfront with possible solutions and outcomes, and communicated very well regarding the status of each matter. He also had several working, reasonable solutions to each matter.
He is also very personable. The type of person who you can show up and sit down with at his office. His fees are reasonable for the industry and the service he provides is a very good value.
He continues to be and will handle all of my corporate legal matters.
I highly recommend any small business owner use him for corporate legal matters and contractual matters and he understands those types of issues.

We chose Cyril for advice regarding a property dispute where a residential neighbor was in serious and continual violation of zoning ordinances -- and not responding to orders from the county to clean things up. He gave thoughtful and knowledgeable advice on how to best handle this with the county, with the goal of not having to take it to the next level. All advice he gave us worked out as we had hoped--and with a very good result. He was sensitive to our needs, empathetic, and intelligently informed us about the landscape of property use violations.

I appreciate working with Cyril. He brings knowledge and integrity with a calm voice of reason to help resolve situations that can be emotionally charged. He has the best outcome in mind when beginning the process.
