Good listener, digests information, responds appropriately, very easy to work with.

We chose Cyril for advice regarding a property dispute where a residential neighbor was in serious and continual violation of zoning ordinances -- and not responding to orders from the county to clean things up. He gave thoughtful and knowledgeable advice on how to best handle this with the county,... with the goal of not having to take it to the next level. All advice he gave us worked out as we had hoped--and with a very good result. He was sensitive to our needs, empathetic, and intelligently informed us about the landscape of property use violations.
