In October 2013, I won my settlement because of a great lawyer! I posted on Dex Knows my testimony of a very unique case that I was involved in, as I was in a rear-end collision caused by young 20+ female that was not a responsible driver in every way: she was not paying attention to traffic, she d...id not have a drivers license nor insurance and hit me with a car that was not in her name nor her family's name. It was a very long and frustrating 4 years, and I went through a lot hoops that was required of me by the legal system, and Brad never gave up on my case! He has compassion for people, for their situation, and does not come across with a greedy attitude. He was very calm, not hasty and professional when deciding to take my unique case or not. He knew there would not be any "big bucks", coming from my case, should we win. I have never needed a lawyer before and the "rumors" that we hear about "lawyers" don't always give them a good reputation usually because of "money." I NEVER experienced this behavior in my case. Because the legal system dragged my case out for over 4 years, I got the chance to see who Brad really was as a person, and I just adore his assistant yet today for all her kindness, compassion and her sweet personality. As Brad told me the first day we met " I should not expect to receive a million dollars in this case, but he felt there was a case."
