My mother (81) was sitting in the passenger seat when the car was impacted by a larger vehicle on the passenger side. Mom's rehabilitation was extensive: one month of rehabilitation in a facility, 6 weeks of home care and another 6 months of my care. Both mom and I found Brad to be responsive, professional, respectful and cordial. He took a big weight off my shoulders as he obviously knows what he is doing. One of my challenges in dealing with this situation was that I'm Canadian. On a few occasions Brad had to explain the nuances of the USA Medical system and the USA car insurance.

We hired Mr. Hall to handle a multi family member car accident case. We directed him to demand a settlement at the close of one year. We are now 3 months from our statute of limitations and we still can not get they guy to take action. He is terrible. If you want to hear about how he always wante...d to be a small town lawyer and server his clients and KNOW them, don't fall for it. He does not respond to email, is TOTALLY unprepared for meetings and gets nothing done. I would rate him a zero if I could. we set up meetings with him to review the demand letter and each time he has done nothing. We directed him to get the criminal case files...nothing..One hires and attorney to handle these things not to make a more painful experience 1000 times worse. Never hire this person.
