Even though my mother did not break any bones, she experienced internal swelling and bleeding, bruising on the outside plus her brain matter was agitated resulting in PTSD symptoms. ... Mom's rehabilitation was extensive: one month of rehabilitation in a facility, 6 weeks of home care and another 6 months of my care. Both mom and I found Brad to be responsive, professional, respectful and cordial. He took a big weight off my shoulders as he obviously knows what he is doing. One of my challenges in dealing with this situation was that I'm Canadian. On a few occasions Brad had to explain the nuances of the USA Medical system and the USA car insurance.
