Avoid this attorney
I hired Bret and paid his retainer. He proceeded to do none of the work I hired him to do. He never returned the retainer and I ended up having to hire someone else. He should not be practicing law. He is incompetent and worse negligent. Should be disbarred.

unresponsive unreliable
He completed some of the work he was hired for. When i tried to find out if the job was complete he never responded to multiple emails and phone messages. I can only conclude that he did not complete the job that i paid him for and will have to start again with another attorney.

AVOID
Several years ago, I hired this attorney to rep me. Later, he calls me at work and hits me up for a "loan"! Isn't that some sort of conflict? Whatever you do, avoid this guy at all costs.
