I would not recommend this attorney. She did not appear aware of statute of limitations regarding filing my legal claim, which resulted in me having to forfeit my legal claim. She would wait until almost the deadline to file my claim. Once the defendant challenged us, she practically refused to defen...d me and I was forced to settle. Despite providing her with a retainer, she has never provided me with an invoice. I would not recommend her.

Alison committed to representing us on numerous lawsuits. She asked me to pay the filing fees. I paid the fees, then found out that she was including numerous others in the case, yet I was the only one she asked for payment from. We were given very inaccurate information and timelines. She refused to... provide us with the documents related to the lawsuits that we requested. When we contacted her, upset that we had no communication in months, she was very rude and unprofessional. She found the first opportunity to drop us from the lawsuits, and refused to refund our filing fees for cases she removed us from. We are a struggling family with nine children, and she abused and exploited us. Now we have lost precious time and money in the matters that have very strict timeframes for legal action!
