I filed my claim in 2014, my injury occurred in 2000, the VA told me that because I didn't file after I got out of the military I must have been lying about an injury after the military, even after it was shown in my medical record more than once that I had asked for help after my injury while in ser...vice. VA sent me to many doctors, none of which had a specialty in the injury that I had. After contacting and hiring Mr. Kendall, we were able to get a medical opinion from a doctor that specializes in my type of injury which help me get the favorable decision from the VA after seven long years of the wrong stuff coming out of the VA.
