I wanted to write you a note of thanks for having an attorney on your staff such as Jordan May. I needed legal help in opening two Adams County public roads that were dedicated to my subdivision in 1963. I had two neighbors that were obstructing these roads and using them for their own private and ...personal benefits. Adams County refused my request to open these roads and then wouldn’t even allow me pay to have them opened. An employee in Adams County Planning even tried to slip by us an encroachment agreement for the Adams County Commissioners to sign allowing the neighbors to keep the roads obstructed. I was outnumbered. Jordan May stayed with me the whole way and succeeded in getting my two roads open so that I now have access to show and sell this portion of my subdivision.
