EXCELLENT LAWYER GREAT RATES

My daughter had a baby while incarcerated and Heidi Noll helped me get custody . I highly recommend her for anyone going for custody , Ms Noll returned my calls right away and with the filing of paperwork as I was at a loss with all that .Her prices are very reasonable she has great knowledge of the ...court system . As a first time grand mother she has helped me understand the process of getting custody and I would highly recommend her to anyone going for child custody

Excellent interaction, trust and high energy from Heidi Noll!

From the moment I met Heidi Noll, I knew I was in capable hands. Her high-energy and quick attention to detail worked for my situation which was a highly-sensitive matter including a PFA and custody matter. Heidi treated me like a human being and demonstrated a sense of professional compassion tha...t I had never recognized in any counsel before. During court she professionally represented me and gained optimal protection for myself, fiancee, mother and my children. She came up with a temporary visitation schedule that worked for all. She also went above and beyond her advisory by giving me advice on how to handle other issues, such as transferring my case from NJ to PA. As well as filing for amended child support and non payment issues. I am more than pleased with Heidi's work and professisonalism. She is for the people and stands with her experienced in the police force. I feel a sense of protection from her counsel and am so thrilled she was referred to me by another satisfied client.

PFA LEHIGH VALLEY

My ex husband threatened to kill me infront of our child. I was scared of him and what he would do. And worried about how hard this was for our daughter. My head was spining and I didnt know what to do or where to start. Heidi was great! She told me everything I needed. She helped so much. S...he is a very strong attorney. Thanks to her my daughter and I are safe. She got us the PFA. If you are looking for an attorney who knows what she is doing and will fight for you. Contact Heidi. She was amazing and helped me with my custody and PFA. She got both cases in my favor. Thank you again Heidi!

The best laywer I could have ever hired!!!

My ex husband and I hired Atty. Noll to handle our divorce and things could not have gone any smoother and better then they did. She did everything in a very timely manner as well as stayed in constant contact with both of us by e-mail and phone. Any time we had a question we got quick responses and ...answers. Her fees were very reasonable and affordable. I would recomend Atty. Noll to anyone that needs an excellent lawyer, she is the best at what she does!!!! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job for us!!!!

Terrible Experience

Read the 1-star reviews and her replies carefully. She was argumentative, sometimes rude, and gave us bad advice. I hired her after a consultation phone call, and from the start she acted like it was a hassle, or dismissed my concerns. When we finally got to court with a different attorney, the pl...an laid out by "Attorney Knoll" was entirely wrong and the judge thankfully allowed us to proceed despite all of her procedural errors. I deeply regret not moving on after the first phone call.

What an interesting review; notice the lack of detail? The first phone call. This client left a message on a Friday evening indicating he had an urgent custody matter. When I returned his phone call the following morning, Saturday, he was too busy to talk stating he was driving and going “four wheeling.” Fortunately, a family member suggested he pull over and discuss his custody matter. Interestingly, this client knew that his custody matter was on a downward trajectory several weeks earlier, but delayed contacting an attorney. He went on to describe the custody issues, which involved a court case on Monday morning (yes, just 48 hours later). I informed him that I was unavailable Monday morning at 9:00 a.m. due to pre-existing legal matters, at which time he immediately became angry, resulting in me having to remind him that it was HE who didn’t even want to talk initially. This client represented himself at the first emergency custody hearing all with an open Children and Youth investigation pending. The following week while I was in Court with other clients, yes, actually in a courthouse - either in a courtroom or on a bench with a paying client - this client repeatedly demanded that I contact him immediately. I deem this to be inappropriate. When he did not receive an immediate response from me, he became further agitated. I even had to explain to him later that evening that, if I was in Court with him, he wouldn’t be paying me to be discussing other matters down the hallway on my cellular phone. Subsequently, during yet another phone call, this client stated, “I don’t trust the legal system and you’re a part of it.” Thereafter, I explained that a client and attorney need to be on the same team and that it was clear that he viewed me as his adversary. Despite this client wanting to continue with representation, I terminated the representation. Here are the takeaways: always make your case a priority; do not engage in self-representation, especially where there are complex legal issues; it’s okay to be frustrated but know that your attorney is on your team even if the facts or laws are not; and finally, know that a reasonable time for a return call is the same day or the following day. Expecting an attorney to respond to your communication when with another client is inappropriate and unacceptable.

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I worked with Heidi on a custody appeal arising out of a divorce. The appeal had several complex procedural and factual issues arising out of a long and complicated case history. Heidi was able to make the case easy to understand for the appellate court and made concise and compelling arguments in the case, resulting in success on appeal (the case was affirmed on appeal). Heidi had also done a great job in the underlying divorce and custody case. She had to deal with an extremely litigious opponent and was able to deal with him forcefully, yet professionally. Heidi is now my go-to divorce and family attorney in the Allentown and Lehigh County area to refer cases to. I highly recommend her for divorce, custody and family law."
